Job Description

  • Sales experience in Government ed-tech or infrastructure.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing large sales teams (15+ members).
  • Deep understanding of Government/PSU tender processes and pre-bid Managrement.
  • Strong client relationship management with large Government accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive regional sales growth in Government ed-tech/infra projects.
  • Managed both Indivisual and team contribution
  • Lead tender processing and participate in pre-bid meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large Government and PSU clients.
  • Strategize and execute plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with tender and contractual requirements.
